Health status and QA

Gum hill carries the following health declarations and quality assurances:

• Ovine brucellosis accreditation number 732
  Involves blood testing of all rams 2 years and greater every 2nd year and on in between years manual palpation of all rams by local vet 
   
• MN3 Status for ovine OJD accreditation number S60
  Annual testing by either blood test, post mortem or pooled faecal cultures, it also involves self and external audits at regular intervals. All stock movements and husbandry procedures are documented and on farm records are kept.
